Accessory Stage

The majority of home sellers are still living in their home while it is on the market. After being in one place for a while, it is easy to overlook the condition and feel of some of the rooms. Accessory staging helps to bring in some fresh appeal and updating while still allowing you to be comfortable and at home while it’s still yours!

An “accessory” home stage is just what it sounds like! While using the homeowners’ existing furniture, we freshen up the appearance by bringing in on-trend and complementary décor and accessories such as wall art, mirrors, linens, lamps, and greenery. This helps the home appeal to the broadest range of buyers and help with that all-important emotional connection!

This type of staging may also include repurposing and relocating some of your current furniture pieces and décor to another room or to storage. We may also bring in rugs, small tables and side chairs if the home requires them to create the best use of space.

Consultation

This is a comprehensive evaluation of your home from a buyer’s viewpoint. We will walk through your home with you room by room and discuss the recommendations for change that will have the most impact in obtaining top dollar in the sale of your home.

Recommendations will address items such as repairs, painting, de-cluttering, furniture and accessory/décor placement and more. We will provide a full written checklist back to the seller, where the seller can choose to either complete items on their own or we can help facilitate resources to complete desired recommendations.
