I’ve always loved changing up my living space. Be it the living room or a bedroom, the rooms in my house have never stayed the same for long. A quick change in layout or a pop of colour with new decor has always been a mood booster for me! Perhaps it could be the shopping that inevitably goes with it…but I digress!

I have been a licensed Realtor for the past 15 years which has given me a unique perspective of what looks good to buyers, having been in thousands of other people’s homes!

I love being able to provide value to my clients by helping them bring out the best version of their property when going to market. The transition from “everyday” house to “market ready” is always exciting!

When I’m not staging or selling houses, you can find me enjoying time with my family…out in the garden, eating tacos, playing with our pet snake, or plotting my next room re-design!

Karen Stephens

I have always been inspired to create, to design and build something where there was nothing, and watch it come to life; woodworking, sewing, designing and making jewelry and festive holiday décor were all hobbies I enjoyed. My creations graced the walls and tables of many family and friends.

My career in the health care field as a Medical Laboratory Technologist spanned 30 years, and I retired in February 2021. I have many varied interests and am an active person. I enjoy cycling, rollerblading, reading, visiting with family and friends, and family game nights.  I am a certified fitness instructor and I love teaching every chance I get. It has always made me happy to help people, whether it was behind the scenes in the lab, or at the front of the class!

This new career allows me to let my vision and creativity flow, and continues to offer opportunities to connect with people and help them where I can.
