This Cresentwood home had been a rental property before the owner cleaned and repaired it to its original 1930’s charm. A cozy front porch set the tone, and the interior of the home was styled with a traditional feel and some lovely vintage accent pieces. Soft yellow tones complemented the original woodwork. The result was bright, airy and modern, while still paying respect to the character of the home.
