When we first saw this St. Vital condo it was a lacklustre space with only a chair and TV…we transformed it into a cool modern condo! A mid-mod sofa and a grey leather dining set that suited the scale of the rooms, along with a punch of yellow abstract art and décor gave it life! The result was multiple offers and a sale over list price in only a few days on the market!
